Photography and 3D Tour Prep List

Exterior

• No cars or debris in the driveway or in front, garage door shut
• All lights on (pool, landscape, dock, interior, exterior), replace burned out light bulbs
• Uncover patio furniture and furniture cushions out, at least 2 sets of towels (white is preferred) available for placement on patio furniture
• Patio doors will be open for indoor/outdoor feel, please remove pool toys, pool floates, excessive furniture that may block door swings
• 2 Wine or cocktail glasses and a fresh magazine for placement
• Pool should be cleaned, child fence removed, all umbrellas up
• Fireplace/fire pit working, please turn on as well as any water features
• Roof, front yard driveway/walkways and rear patios should be power washed if needed, hose accessible to wet pavement.
• Landscaping pruned and all debris cleaned up and removed from property
• If sunrise or sunset, please ensure that sprinkler system is turned off

Interior

• All interior lights on, replace burned out light bulbs
• All rooms clean/tidy, floors clear of debris. No animal cages/crates, beds, bowls, toys or personal items
• Kitchen counters and sinks cleared, remove as many small appliances as possible
• Bathroom vanity clear of clutter and personal items (pill bottles, hanging towels, bath robes, tooth brushes, toilet seats down etc)
• Shower areas shall be free of shampoo bottles, soaps, razors, wash cloths, luffa, etc.
• Fireplace working, please turn on
• Shades/blinds open
• Paddle fans off
• Any personal photos not wanting to be seen in the 3D tour should be removed from the room
• Remove Christmas trees ornaments, children’s toys, perfume and cosmetics off counters, baby bottles, bottles of liquor, bread baskets

Zillow Scans: The Zillow camera is a 360 scan process of the entire estate (similar to an MRI). Anything that can be seen, will be picked up on the scan, forward, backward, sideways, up and down. Be sure to remove any items you do not want to be shown on the 3D tour. Example: place items in garage or closet.

 

If your photography is scheduled in December please be sure there are no holiday decorations in the areas being photographed. Ed will not be responsible to move decor items.
