When I first met Joe Liguori, Gerry Liguori and Carmen D'Angelo Jr, brokers/owners of Premier Estate Properties in 1995, they were renting a small 850 sq.ft. office in Boca Raton. The first job...to design a black and white Ad for the Boca News with 10 Listings, all in excess of one million dollars. Fast forward to 2008. Close to $1.3 Billion dollars in the active property portfolio, five exclusive offices from Vero Beach to Ft. Lauderdale, 40+/- real estate specialist and broker associates, twice ranked in the top 50 real estate firms in the country, a website which we designed and developed (asp.net), converted to six languages, and currently grabs 165,000 property visits a month. And, we are so very proud of everything else we do for Premier Estate Properties and their associates, from brochure mailers, photography, newsletters, custom invites, full color ads, signage, online presentations to anything that needs the ibi designs creative touch.
